Unhappy absa client

My name is Tebogo Dylan Mahlo. I’m currently banking with absa. I had an account with absa which was handed over and eventually sold out because I was under debt review.

I came out of debt review and to my surprise, when I try to apply for anything with absa . I’m being rejected.

🚩I have tried for your lawyer plan and the system reject me. 🚩I have tried for a life cover and still your system reject me. 🚩 I eventually app**** for a loan and I was rejected on the basis that the debt counsellor who issued clearance certificate is not the one on their record without taking into account the reason I was not complying with my debts was the debt counsellor not paying absa as a result I had to change them.

Or is it a matter of someone failing to do their job to be able to see or confirm the clearance certificate.

Please assist to see if there is something that you can do about this or should I just move business elsewhere cause it seems all your banking products are not good enough for me even if am not asking for credit.
