unhappy

I go to absa baywest mail port Elizabeth. As its my 1st time at this brunch to make.deposit. I get to the brunch the brunch is empty no one by the check in desk to ask for help so I go to the teller to do the deposit. And tr was only one lady at the side she helps the cumsotmer b4 me ten chats to the guy for long CX I could see she is done helping him bt still chats long to him well me and other 4 ppl wait for help I am so very unhappy this is unacceptable she should help the cumsotmer then when she is done help the next cumsotmer bt no she helps the cumsotmer and when she is down with him she still talks to him for longer then 5 mins I was so upset cz I didn't have a lot of time n that's not how u work in a bank. You guys need to get ur act together
