◾Unfulfilled promises, lies and other deceptions

I logged a call with Absa insurance about my damaged property and it has been two years still waiting for them to fix my property. The have been giving empty promise, excuses and they have been sending 100 subcontractors to my house claiming they do the quotations but it never happened. I am so shocked a big financial institution that I personally pay R2000 every month they fail to fix a damage that won’t cost them Quota of what I paid them already but every month you don’t forget to deduct your money but when I need help you treat me like a piece of trash. I am so disappointed of your poor service and neglecting your customers. You have caused my family lot of stress and health hazards.
