Unfriendly and Unprofessional

Went to ABSA in Centurion Mall a few days ago to exchange some $'s for rands. The service I got from the young guy at the exchange desk was shocking. Slow, very slow, and very unfriendly, as if he is doing me a favour in serving me! After directing me to the teller queue to get my R's, I stood there for about 30min (only one teller). Eventually I got my turn, only to be interrupted by another staff member that pushed in front of me to ask the teller some questions. Another 15min delay! ABSA, let me tell you something - THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. Your staff can await their turn. And they can at least try to be friendly when dealing with a customer.
