Unfriendly

I had too go cash a cheque at the northmead branch today and I had too feel with a very unfriendly lady who had more manners and personality too the people that called while I was sitting there than me, I am glade I don't bank with absa after todays experance a client is a human above all a hello dont **** you... I had too basically beg her too call the number too clear the cheque if I never did that she was just passing my id at cheque back too me ?
