Unfairness

Been trying to get a manager from VAF to contact me. Vehicle was given back but i feel the way it was handled is unfair and against consumer rights The lady who dealt with the query refused to answer my call or respond to my messages.

This post isnt to complain but merely just get the attention of the manager who can call me to discuss
