unfairness

Today i went to ABSA The Glen Shopping Centre. What a unpleasant experience. i have been banking with Absa for more than 15 years. Well today you just lost a client. as i was sitting in a queue a few bankers walks past me, not a problem as me and the other customer is waiting our turns. So just imagine there is glass windows so the bankers can obviously see us sitting there. Another customer comes past ask if we are in the queue i said YES... Well surprize surprize she walks straight to an empty desk by a banker and gets help.. me and the other lady both stand up and said excuse me we are waiting here this is not fair.....And guess what did youre Absa proffesional workers did....... nothing yes nothing no one said mam come through or told the lady she is out of order no nothing... i am furious i walk to the lady at the information desk report it to her.... yet again nothing no help this is a disgrace to say the least, i am so dissapointed and to say the least im sure thats not what youre policy states at all. but nether the less you wont see me again im closing my account good riddance absa
