unfairly treated

Is the 2nd time I went to Absa to depost coins and no-one from the tellers wanted to help me only because I was depositing coins! <br> Their reasons is that they don't want to count coins when they cash-up! I had to wait in a business teller for more than 30minutes while he was on launch and all available tellers couldn't help! <br> This incident happened twice!
