unfairly treated

hi i app**** for dicovery medical aid from july 2018 i emailed my application they responded requesting corrections from the mistakes i ve done i rectified and sent back they were requesting my postal address i said i dont have a postal address im using my residential address, i sent my document three times with different dates in november i called they told me they didnt receive my application i was so angry i told them to put me through their manager i spoke to her and she said i must hold she is going to investigate then she came back found my application and she promised me she is going to do follow ups untill today january 2019 im still waiting what is their problem how long m i going to wait
