Unfair treatment of customers

Good day<br> I am a loyal customer for many years. I have an excellent credit record.<br> I have app**** for a home loan almost one month ago. Up to now Absa did not approved my application because on the same house had also an approved home loan application more than one year ago.<br> According to the lawyers the first \buyer"is no where to be found"
