Unfair treatment From ABSA The Glen

I Have Personal Loan With ABSA, for the last Three weeks I have been trying to get a loan/Top up loan, the consultants at ABSA ( the Glen are not able to tell me why I am not getting the loan, all they say Is " I don't know why it is rejecting" when I ask for the manager to understand why, I am told that they will get back to me within 24 hours, I had to go to money sharks to get a short term loan to to see me thru December, because i had settled all my short term loans. Today is the 3rd of January 2021, I started with my application in November2021, no feed back from ABSA , I still need this loan so that I can settle the short term loans, there is no way it can be said its affordability because before I took the short term loans I had a surplus of about R18000.00 I need to understand why I cant get a loan, I had never missed one payment with them since 2019
