Unfair treatment from ABSA Credit card division

ABSA Bank credit card division in Brits send me the summons on the 04 April 2018 to appear in the Brits magistrate court because they want to institute a judgement against my name.I went to court on the 11 April 2018 with the receipts that i have been paying R500 monthly on my credit card because i could not afford to pay the normal instalment of R1000.Which was the arrangement that i made with Dally Strauss Attorneys which contacted me regarding the arrears on my account.LGR Incorporation attorneys **** on the document that my arrears is R36 035.67 and when i check my credit profile on Experian the arrears amounted to R4991.00.The court advised me to call LGR and I called the attorneys on the 11 April 2018 and they told me to pay R1000 for three months and they will increase the instalment after 3 months.I told them that my salary does not increase every after 3 months and will not be able to afford the R1000.I can only afford the R500 until i am settled.LGR told me that they will not load an arrangement on my account and they are going to garnish me anyways even though i am paying the R500 every month.I am so disappointed by the reliability and intergrity of information that LGR displayed on the document that was sent to Court.ABSA is such a disgrace, how can i be garnished for the paying half amount of the instalment.Disgraced by the treatment i am getting as an ABSA client.
