Unfair treatment

I was given a 30 day notice because of failure to disclose that I previously had 3 claims prior to joining ABSA, this was a statement from a cancelation dept when she contacted me. I requested the tapes and found out that I actually did disclosed this, why would this lady say otherwise. I take this matter very seriously because I was happy with Miway and then you lured me to you guys only to drop me when it suits you. It's a personal inconvenience and has a potential impact to tarnish my image as in my profile I have to disclose that I had a policy terminated. I'll be taking this to Ombudsman if I don't get help <br> 1. Since I don't see any faults on my side where are my premiums? <br>
