Unfair Treatment

My payment arrangement has been cancelled when I have sent numerous requests for my credit card to be linked in order for me to make payment. I have been given email addresses and I have sent emails with no responses. They have taken my account to pre-legal. Someone needs to call me to get my card linked so I can make payment. Its not fair that I want to keep my contracts but I am suffering because of the incompetency and the slowness of their communication. Someone needs to fix it
