unfair treatment

i have app**** for a homeloan at ABSA and i was told that i have defaults on my record. i disputed that those records are not correct and i sent proof in writng from those companies. now i am told that even if i have produced evidence it is not sufficient as the records have not yet been removed. what more can i do as i have produced the evidence. do they doubt the evidence i have presented. i feel being untreated fairly as i have played my part and produced what could have affected my score because it is wrong information. if its wrong info it will bring wrong score.
