Unfair profile

I would like to update my review with absa, up until today there is no charge on my profile the promises they shared here to help me didn't happen. I'm still waiting and would like to advise people if you want to buy a car you rather buy it cash or look for another bank, course a experience I had with ABSA is unfair and feels like a ****m. I surrendered my car because I was unemployed, next step was my car was sold on Auction, but what is sad on my credit profile I still owe the full amount this is so sad for me
