Unfair Practice

<p>I missed 1 month car instalment with Absa Vehicle Finance. I have since settled all the arrears on the account but they want to repossess the car. They say they have issued a court order with instruction to recover the asset. I did not receive a summons, they claim summons were served but I did not receive them. They did not contact me about the summons until it went into court order status, but yet they have all my details, email and phone number. Their agency is harassing me wanting to take the car but my account is now up-to-date and I continue to pay my monthly instalments.</p>
