Unfair overdraft

Good day I took overdraft at absa 2018 acc number ********** 708 and due to retrenchment I could nolonger afford to pay my debt

I informed absa to stop the account from receiving debit orders and other fees however absa didnt do as I requested. My account was open, allowing debit orders to go through and bounce due to no funds and they billed me unpaid fees.

Now the account was owing twice the overdraft I took.

28 Feb a payment of R30413.23 was made into my cheq account to pay off what owe absa to my shock I was told I still owe R28000 and that 28000 is the charges accumulated in that account which is not my fault because I did inform the bank but theu decided to take advantage of my retrenchment situation and continue to indebt me.

I would like absa to waive all the charges and conside my payment I made 28 Feb 2019 amount R30413.23 as payment for the overdraft the gave me. Right now they handed over my account to the attorneys , that is why According to them I still owe R28000 they want to cover legal cost and make me pay the debt which was created by absa.

I need someone to assist me and bring justice to my case with absa.
