unfair loss done by absa bank

It is extremely disheartening to experience such from a bank I trust my whole life. I have a loan with absa bank which I have a 100% track record for ensuring I pay on time. Absa bank started a tendency of deducting two(2) days before the actual agreed date. On 29 December 2025, a absa loan debit order went off and due to lack of funds I was charged R150 out of the R180 I had in my account. The contract stipulates that the debit order will be on the last day of each month. This has been happening in numerous occasions now and I'm consistently being charged R150 because of lack of funds, a bank that knows my pay date but enriching themselves more by deliberately deducting on the wrong date so it can accumulate charges of R150. I am asking absa bank to refund my money *PLEASE* and look into this matter as it is causing a huge loss. My pay date is the last day of each month as per contract. I have sent emails to absa but I'm not being helped and un this horrible economy, I plead for my refund.
