Unfair interrogation and victimisation

I sat for 3 hours at the Cape Gate branch to apply for a personal loan which would be added onto my existing one that I have been paying since Feb 2017. After all the long waiting and interogating which did not happen at Fairbridge Mall Absa where I usually go I was told my loan application had been declined only because of the manager due to an amount of rent i pay on behalf of my ex fiance as he does not like internet banking and upon that he refunds me the amount back in cash. Because of there being no proof of the cash the manager declined. What i cannot understand is that the repayment on loan would have been exactly the same amount that I am currently paying so one little thing that was explained prevented me from getting the loan which i urgently need for my car repairs to be finalised.

Please help as I am a loyal customer of Absa and have been with them for many years, but find that the experience with the Cape Gate branch is unacceptable.
