UNFAIR ENRICHMENT FROM ABSA

I paid money into an incorrect account using payshap, contacted the account holder and he advised that he no longer uses the account because he is no longer employed and he has an unpaid loan on that account. I contacted my bank, they reached out to ABSA and the feedback ll received is that ABSA is refusing to reverse the transaction. I would understand if your client withdrew the money but he did not. It is not fair that you are withholding my money to pay yourselves for a loan that was not extended to me. Please reverse the transaction, this is unfair enrichment and I'm reporting to the Ombudsman.
