Unfair dismissal A friend of mine was fired because she canceled a leave on a system, to me I think she was supposed to be given a warning instead, what shocking is that they even shifted their focus on a main charge and went back to a record of 2019 just to get rid of her, (dishonest) was one of the charges, she was then advised by the same managers who charged her to go to ccma they knew very well that the same ccma will be on bank favor or side
