Unfair deductions

Took a personal loan with ABSA in January and signed for a debit order to be loaded for the 25th of every month. Nothing was loaded and i found out this morning that R7000 was deducted without notice!! And I still have a month im arrears! This is so unfair, i signed for a debit order! I want answers and want the loan period to be extended instead of having to pay back arrears for which I am not at fault for this, the branch should be held accountable!

A full week has passed and still no end in sight to these investigations. Please may I have feedback? Client of 20yrs +, had an existing loan with a successful debit order previously, what more is there to investigate, one of your staff members messed up and now I the LOYAL client suggers the consequences, does this mean nothing to ABSA?

Please could someone who cares from ABSA call me, i agreed to a debit order which i am now told I need to go into the bank or make cash deposits whereas my personal loan agreement with Absa was via debit order. Daphne stopped responding to me nor did she call back on our agreed date and time. Can Absa take responsibility and reinstate what should always have been the debit order I do not see why I must go back into a branch to do that!

Trying to make an agreement with Absa by calling ********** 475 Ive spoken to Monde twice alreadt but the call keeps 'dropping' i keep calling back because its not like he bothers to call the client. Not sure why the call keeps droppings. Trying to sort out an arrangementd when you stay long in Q trying to speal to a consultant is a nightmare worse than going into a branch!
