Unfair business practices

I have loaded my rea vaya bus card on Saturday at Absa Campus Square

I chose the value load option. The atm accepted the money. I checked my balance this morning and i loaded again at the bus terminal because i wanted to see my exact balance. ...

The money i loaded saturday doesnt reflect. The lady at the bus terminal told me that absa doesnt work with rea vaya anymore so i was not suppose to load there...

So we were not told about this. And why did the atm accept my money in the first place.... Can someone from absa please call me on ********** 462 so that i can get my money reimbursed... This matter is urgent...
