Unfair blacklisting

AVF has unfair blacklisted me after being misled to participate in their fastbuy scheme. In January my account fell into arrears and as usual I tried unsuccessfully to enter into a payment arrangement, and despite their 'commitment ' to assist distressed customers I found myself on the receiving end of malicious and scheming collections agent who encouraged me to surrender my vehicle through their fast buy scheme. In march this year I sold the car to a dealer and after the transaction was completed there was a shortfall amount and I agreed to repay it spread over the remainder of the finance term. In may I went to the branch to enquire about the status of the account and I was shocked to learn that the account was handed over to legal department as a default account l.have also verified it with credit bureaus and it shows an adverse record. My concern is why absa handed the account even though I was assured of their assistance and why they went a further step to blacklist me on ITC despite the agent assurance that the fast buy scheme won't impact me negative on ITC. I won't rush to discredit the scheme entirely as u believe Absa has good intentions to assist it's customers, however I think rogue agents abuse their powers to close deals and earn commissions out of unsuspecting clients like my myself . My commitment to pay still stands however I demand absa to remove the adverse record immediately.
