Unfair bank charges

Hi I’m banking with Absa and have non authorized debit orders coming off every month. This is reversed and I am charged R30 for every reversal. I don’t think this is a fair payment. I believe that this should be done free of charge. I do not have internet banking simply because when these debit orders come off there is not enough money to cover that banking fee. I am losing quite a bit of money every month and the reversals take up all the money that is reversed. I do not think that this is a fair banking practice
