Unfair bank charges

I am extremely dissapointed with the services at absa.I have had unexplained money coming out of my account in november and december whcich i have put a stop oder on. I have just checked again this same company that i have no business with is still trying to take money out of my account resulting in my account to be overdrawn I have paid over 800 rands worth of bank charges due to this issue. When i went to enquire with the bank they told me it could be work of a ********* what makes me more angry absa as my bank did not protect me from this ********** and to add salt to injury they are more than happy to take the charges which was not my fault what so ever this *****sers are cousing my account to be overdrawn and am constantly footing the bill for their dirty work. please assist i cant have money in my account that is just laying there for just charges its not fair 800 is a lot of money to just be used as bank chages.
