UNFAIR ARREARS

I enjoyed and appreciated the 3 month delayed / relief payment on vehicle finance during lockdown. Payments resumed at 25% of full instalment for 2 months. All automatically deducted by ABSA on response of sms's I received for further relief. All appreciated. Full instalment resumed in September. All automatically deducted per debit order. However, I am now reprimanded by consultants from absa vehicle finance call centre for an amount of R 3134 in arrears. This is not due to any of my actions but through ABSA sms's which I gladly responded to. I feel it is not fair to now claim that I am in arrears while instalments are automatically deducted and assistance was offered. I have saved all the sms's, the last of which was on 21 August 2020. Communication with the consultants not up to standard and it seems that they do not understand or do not want to endeavour to find a silution for my problem. While I dearly appreciated the holiday payments during lockdown and even further assistance, at the same time I am of the opinion that I should not be in arrears I was simply responded to their offer for much needed assistance. I am seeking assistance in communicating with the right person or manager, please
