Unfair Account Closure By Absa Bank

I have been banking with Absa vanderbijlpark since 2016 as a foreigner in the country about 3 weeks ago my account got locked due to Fica. i have my permit renewal at home affairs and still waiting for outcome but the slip is what i have with me. i had presentes my proof of address and all necessary documents. due to shortage of staff on that faithful friday i was told by the representative she cannot think i must come back on Monday i needed that money reallty Bad proceeded to vaal Mall they called vanderbijlpark branch and was told i have to go back Monday. i had to go sell my ring to do the necessary. after alot of message i wnt to the bank Today 18/05/2026 i found out i could access the money But i was forced to close my Bank account . the Branch Manager told me Absa has the right to close my account anytime. but WHY i am not a ******** and was asking me why would i report their Staff. i am on a spousal permit and the Department of Home Affairs wants to check if you truly support your partner financially. if i get rejected what Bank account do i use to appeal. Since Absa Vanderbijlpark has unfairly dismissed me. mind you before this day i have been going to Absa in Rustenburg to update my things but was told i should come back when my permit is out.
