unexplained deductions on account is causing me my life

<p>I closed my bank account as there have been unexplained bank charges on my chqq account. When going to the bank they also could not explain an instead i was forced to close my account without any proper explination or investigation. This since has had very bad implications in my life including me not receiving my GEPF pension. I was just informed by the GEPF that the bank was not suppose to close my account as there is a TAT of 4-6 weeks for the new bank details to be processed. Meaning i have not received any funds from the GEPF for March and was also not going to receive my Pension SALARY in APRIL aswell. This just because the bank CANT DO THEY WORK.. I want my old account to be re-opened or link to the new bank account so that i can atleast receive some type of income. Im a pensioner and have no money to live by for the next 2 months. Please help me for a Change ABSA</p>
