Unexplained Charges & Poor Support from Absa Vehicle Finance

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing unexplained charges being debited from my account by Absa Vehicle Finance. Despite multiple attempts to get clarity from their consultants, no one can explain where these additional fees are coming from or why they are being charged.

I notice extra amounts deducted beyond my agreed vehicle instalment. When I contact Absa for assistance, I am met with vague responses and no resolution. The consultants seem unsure and unable to provide a breakdown or justification for these charges.

This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I expect a financial institution of Absa’s stature to offer clear communication, accurate billing, and competent customer service. Instead, I am left feeling misled and financially strained. ***2
