Unexplained bank fees

Please assist me urgently regarding my business account. Firstly I would like to complain to Absa Bank about a staff member for misleading or mis-selling this business account to me hence I was advised that on this particular account there will be zero fees and I will be charged as I transact since i have just started my business and im currently not making that much money hence i have just started my business but I see every month without fail Absa Bank is charging me a fee of R100 regardless weather I have transacted on the account or not and where is the transparency and integrity on that regard. Absa Bank Limited Please intervine on this matter with urgency before I take this matter further.
