Unexplained admin charges.??!!

I'm very disappointed and have actually had enough of the admin fees absa charges. When you sign up they tell you it's a fixed amount every month-mine being R109 but for several months now I've been charged over R450 with no explanation at all. When I call into the call centre I'm out on hold for the longest time. This is an absolute ******* as these charges are a lot of money. Definitely changing banks as soon as this lock down is over. Enough is enough.
