Unexplainable 2 months areas

I have a challenge with my ABSA vehicle account and I don't seem to be getting help.In January I paid R6500.00 to bring my account to update my account.I then asked for my debit date to be changed to the 25th of every month.Which I was told that it was too late.I then paid R3200.00 via cash acceptor atm at Arcadia Pretoria on the 28th February.The very same day at 15h16 I received and sms notifying me of the that my other account that I have with absa was debited R1495.19 by RCCS BOS JHB- Teller Transfer Debit and debited my other account from FNB.I then called the ***b asking for assistance and I was told that I will have to call vehicle department on Monday.I called them and spoke to a gentleman named Saidi Thabethe (ABST280) who was very helpful at the time.I then asked him to check my account and told me that my account was in advance according to his system.So I asked him that if I was to leave the money there does it mean that I will not be paying for March?He then told me that the system has been generated already. He refunded me but on Mon 09/03 I received and sms informing me of my 2 months arrears that I dont know of and there are no answers and I need a settlement
