My findings proven Absa is the the worst financial and insurance provider .I spend days on the internet gathering information and they are amongst the worst ,pictures was taken after a claim was submitted after heavy rains damaged my roof ,much focus was put on maintenance yet my roof is clean and when I had a leak a Company came out which I had to pay to fix it yet Absa feel that they will not go out the claim , my question is once again what are we paying for at this very moment the water is entering the house and trust me the matter will not be left unattended ,To have this resolved Absa should pay some premiums back in order to allow me to fix the roof myself they are putting focus on parts of the roof that did not cause the leak , WE DINT HAVE HOLES IN OUR ROOF surely if that was the case we would’ve fixed it the heavy rains caused damaged
