Report Absa vehicle and assets finance together with Innovation Group are useless Absa vehicle finance joined Innovation Group insurance on my behalf without my knowledge and concent and have been paying my premium every months since September 2017. They didn't explain policy me, they just told me that my car is under maintenance warranty for two years, what I need to do is to take my car to vsr repairs that registered under RMI Now my car broke and I am trying to put in a claim, they couldn't find my details. I bought my car from MFC

I have been told by the repair company that Innovation Group won't pay out on this claim because Innovation Group claims that the repairs company is not on their database.

This is totally madness and is not my problem, they have to honour their agreement.

It's been second week without my car.

I will stop the payments and Absa will go and get the car wherever it is in pieces.

Absa team please deal with your associates Innovation Group because they don't have respect for your clients.

Don't make your problems my problem please.
