I received a letter confirming that my credit card was closed however I am getting calls and statements giving me an –R568.38 balance
I made a payment of R 11,624.50 , to pay off the balance then requested that my credit card be closed.
1.No one responded to my email 2. I received a letter confirming closure
Reference Number for email sent: ********** 2
I refuse to pay the R568.38 I do not know what it’s for and why I am being charged for this
