Uneccaptable

In November 2018, my wife made a wrong payment into a suppliers account which was held at Absa bank, when Standard bank tried to do the reversal on the money Absa bank had taken the money for money owed to them by the supplier. Up to now no one is able to assist us in this matter, please note that we have contacted Absa Bank numerous times but no help has been given.

How is it possible that Absa can take the money I paid to settle their clients debt.
