Undue enrichment by ABSA using unjustified bank charges and penalties.

Absa is charging me penalties for rejecting subscription services to Netflix and YouTube, despite there being money in the account. When I enquired I am informed that the CVV used by the service provider needs to be updated, however, I still get penalized. A CVV on virtual cards expires per transactions so why allow multiple transactions which are inevitably rejected, then penalizing the client for every rejected transaction, irrespective of whether there is money in the account. Now they say you should not use a virtual card for recurring subscriptions, which was not stated as a condition when theybrolled out virtual cards. Shame on all of you for this thievery.
