Undisclosed fees

I had a cheque account I closed because Absa couldn't tell me what the charges are for. Then I opened a savings account, again there is an undisclosed admin fee charged to the account. I know times are bad, but they can't be robbing us of our honest hard earned money. I have an investment account and the only means to their internet banking is the card based account. If this isn't sorted I will consider moving my investment somewhere else
