undisclosed admin fee charges

I have a cheque account with Absa which i opened in October 2020 my salary gets paid to it but i have been so unhappy with the undisclosed admin fee charges because whenever i would ask what are they for they never give me full information and i am sick and tired of being ****** by this bank for my hard earned cash and its the only income i have my salary i don't have any other income, like right now i am having a query with regards to the admin charge fee for December they say its R460 but when i queried to one of their consultants yesterday he also couldn't tell what is really this R460 for because i had only on unpaid debit order which they charge R150 per unpaid then when i asked about the rest of the charge he cant see what is it for he then gave me admincost email address and i sent that email yesterday then today they responded but i am still not satisfied with their response because in December 2021 i got charged R640 for admin fee i am really ****ed off with Absa i am moving to another bank for good i cant keep on being overcharged for what i don't know and they cant disclose to me as a client
