Underpaid AGAIN!!!

Hi,<br> <br> I have received a call from ABSA saying that all has been resolved. I have just logged into my account and seen that the rewards balance that they have done the adjustment for is correct, R1254.26, however, the rewards earned on it should have been R62.71 (5% of R1254.26), but I was paid R50.43,<br> <br> I am getting quite frustrated at this now and if it is not resolved tomorrow and I am not compensated for it, I WILL look at changing to a more efficient Bank.<br> <br> Ziyaad
