Undermining of customers

How long should one waits to get personal loan from Absa ?

I'm on the 4th months now waiting and looks like they remember only if I call , they give no updates . The lady who assisted me at Kernworth Absa she's complaining that she is working alone and there's too much on her plate to get back to me . I am the loyal client with a service for 11 years . Now every time if I call it's like I'm asking them a favour , I start to see that now they want to treat me like a friend to them who like talking with them always of which that's not what I want .
