Undermined

We would like to lay a complaint against Mr Zwai Funde for lack of customer care for his handling of our Application for Funding.We had submitted an application for funding on the beginning of March 2015, we were not issued with an acknowledgement letter. We made an attempt on the 01 April 2015t to get feedback on the progress of our application by email. We never received an acknowledgment and response and we made a telephone call today to get feedback on progress. We were shocked by the casual response from him that actually the application had be laying at his desk and has never been processed further. This made us feel undermined as the was a lack of customer care. We strongly believe that there is a lack of Quality Management Systems as there should have been mechanisms to detect that an application was sitting idle. We feel compromised as we should now be in a position to embark on what was entailed on the business plan.<br> We are an 100% Black Women Owned entity who have all odds against them on entering the formal economy but have a sound business plan to do so. We feel very much compromised as we would be losing credibility.
