Under promising and over delivering
My opinion on ABSA has drastically changed. I'm not going to talk about the intricacies - buy I will say that Ronel and her staff moved heaven and earth to meet my needs. It was in hindsight never about the money but upon the service and friendliness that I received. It wasn't old boring ABSA but bankers who wanted to actively help and made the whole experience enjoyable.
I take my hat off to Ronel and her outstanding staff. It is a memory and experience that will last a lifetime. Thank you.
