Undelivered "credit Cards"

I app**** for credit card in October 2019,got approved and after three weeks no card was received.I called in and i was told my application had somehow expired.I called in and i was told a consultant/agent would call me.i waited two weeks and noone bothered to call me.Mid November i app**** online got approved and sent in documentation.Then i got a call from a consultant confirming everything was ok. No card came or communication January mid i sent an email and i was told a consultant wont contact me either by email or phone.A week later i received an email saying my case was "closed" and i should rate their service. Absa you're beyond useless.
