Uncoordinated systems in the Absa bank
I have a personal loan with Absa, I paid off the settlement balance as I was told by their agent, now their personnel at branch and by call said they did not notice the settlement balanced I paid, instead they saw money I owe ! As I speak the bank again has deducted the money they said I owe. Without a doubt the bank has ********ly squandered my hard earned cash!
