Uncleared funds - no assistance to get these released
I have been contacting ABSA call centre for 2 months now to have uncleared duplicated Bolt transactions to have the uncleared status removed - this after battling to get a response from Bolt on how to get these released. to date these have not been done and I am really strapped for cash. I need this attended to by someone from ABSA who is actually serious about money and their clients

23 Jun 2025, 14:45thank you for your speedy response, however i need this resolved and funds available in my account TODAY...this is dragging and dragging along and no one seems to understand the urgency of this matter. If I look at other similar reviews seems to be a 2 -3 month resolution time and I seriously don't think that is fair - my finds have been tied up for 2 -3 months and I have been trying for 2 months to get this sorted, I want my money today pls
