Uncleared Funds

I rented a car from a car rental company and used my ABSA credit card to for the holding deposit. It’s been 10 days since I’ve returned the car, however my deposit is still uncleared. The car rental company has shown me proof that they have sent a request to ABSA for them to clear the funds. I’ve called and emailed ABSA but I haven’t been assisted.
