Uncleared amount

I ordered at Mr Price on the 19th of May, Mr Price cancelled the order after deducting the amount. I asked for a refund, and I was told that they have sent the money back into my account. I contacted Absa and forwarded the email I received from Mr Price stating that they have released the amount, and asked that they clear the money back into my account, but I am being given the run around by Absa, and being told that they can't authorise any refund.
